      2.1. Comprehending simple daily conversation in professional or personal context      
             with non native speakers.

3.   Materials
       a.  Talking about hobbies and interests.
                        -Do you like fishing?
                        -What do you like doing in your spare time?
       b.  Guest handling
                        -What can I do for you, Sir?
                        -Welcome to our hotel.
                        -I hope you enjoy the food.
        c. Grammar review:
    Yes-No questions
            -Are you a secretary?
    Question tags
            -The board meeting starts at seven, doesn’t it?
    Questions with question words
            -Where does the boss live?
            -Why do you come late?
    Gerund as subjects
            -Smoking is dangerous.
    Gerund as objects
            -I don’t like fishing.
    Gerund as compliment
            -Her job is shorting the mail.
    Gerund after preposition
            -Are you interested in collecting stamps?
                Constructions with “too” and “enough”
                        -The soup is too salty for me.
                        -The hotel room is comfortable enough.

            -The kind of expressions about hobbies and interests.
            -The expressions of guest handling at hotel, restaurant, travel agency are 
             demonstrated by the students.
-The questions with yes-no questions, question tags, question words are
  demonstrated and answered in daily activities.

            -He wanted to know where you put his umbrella.
 Adjective clause
                        -Do you know the staff who will be promoted our new division manager?

      - Note  the messages are received by telephone, short messages, direct 
         messages.

      The students are able to respond the messages by telephone, short messages, direct
